A Statement of Attainment issued by us does not expire once obtained, even though the code identifying this course (currently, SITHFAB002 (http://training.gov.au/Training/Details/SITHFAB002) and SITHGAM001 (http://training.gov.au/Training/Details/SITHGAM001)) regularly changes. You can start, stop and resume as you please. Your course history gets saved automatically as you progress. The course completion time depends on your current knowledge, experience and your computer skills. It generally takes 2-4 hours to complete an RSA/RSG course.

There is no upper or lower age limit for completing RSA training. However, if you are under 18 years old, you may have limited vocational outcomes after completing this course, as some states require you to be 18 years old to work in a licensed venue.

RSA video assessment. - You must be observed via video "refusing service to an unduly intoxicated person" - This is a government requirement and is clearly noted on the course page on the CTA Training Specialists website
